I walked into this Dunkin at 2:40 PM on July 3rd. I was met by one of the friendliest employees you could staff. I’ve never seen her before, but this is the type of individual that can change the direction of a store, in a positive manner. The food item I wanted couldn’t be made, due to a lack of wraps. Not the end of the world, I selected something different. My food was awesome and I ordered two drinks. My favorite, and the Turtle Latte to try. They both were fantastic. Too bad I live 3 hours away. This particular employee will rise as far as she wants in this business.

There wasn’t a great selection of donuts left. The cashier threw away my receipt without offering it to me. He at least was willing to reprint it for me. The employees seemed hurried and wound up, but they were courteous.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to you’ll sit in the drive through for 20+ minutes. It’s nothing but young kids that work here that don’t care about the store and is extremely rude. I work right next door an would go here every day but I have had way to many bad experiences here so I only go when I have to this place needs to be shut down or be put under new management. Every time I do go here the order is almost never right. Neither cup was filled up correctly with my order today so I didn’t even get my money’s worth an I work in retail so it’s not like I can just go back or wait another 20 minutes or more to get it fixed

This is the worst Dunkin’ donuts that I go to. At 9 am in the morning they are running out of Bagels and Donuts. More than half the time they make incorrect order. If I could give it any worse rating I would. PLEASE DONT GO!! Go to the starbucks across the street.

Every time I come here my orders are wrong and have to wait to receive my orders until the people behind me that they know are done and gone. I live a few blocks from here and need to drive 25 minutes to have my orders done correct and not be forgotten about when waiting for my ordery

The food was very fresh, and yummy. The young man at the drive-thru window was very kind and courteous. We got our full order, everything was perfect. The drinks were also well-made. Nicely done!

I asked for 2 medium drinks, the guy hands me a large with nothing in it that I asked, and when I asked about my drinks I actually ordered they were still being made. I told him I didn’t want the large and handed it back to him. He then puts cream in it (still not what I ordered) and hands it back to me, when I say I still didn’t want the large he then asks why I’m taking it, as if he didn’t hand it to me. I was just explaining to him what I ordered and literally not being rude and then I’m given attitude for taking a drink he handed to me. Once we pulled up, our drinks STILL weren’t made properly and we had to remind them to get our food too. The other employees were fine and I was trying to be nice, but the one kid was literally ridiculously rude for no reason. Thankfully I don’t live near here so I won’t have to go back.
