Sometimes this location’s store is open and sometimes only the drive through, there is no rhyme or reason. Today the store was actually open. I had no wait but they didn’t have hot chocolate. How do you not have hot chocolate on a chilly November morning??? I also purchased a caramel latte which I was told was ok. A chai tea latte which was the worst I’ve ever had so I just gave it to my son because it takes like slightly spiced warm milk, barely any chai flavor at all. Also bought hash browns which I asked for extra crispy because if you don’t say that they’re soft but they were still soggy because they didn’t cook them longer. Lastly I bought snacking bacon which is probably the best thing they sell at Dunkin so I was happy with that. The order was out super quick, barely any wait so that was nice. The store seemed clean and orderly.

Maybe yall should realize people don’t have to spend their hard earned money at your business. Maybe it’s a cultural thing I don’t know what it is but learn some respect and customer service. I’m done coming to your establishment. I brought my coffee back and im treated like its a inconvenience for yall to remake it.. That will do it for me. All the dunkin in this area are run by Asian people.. and as a whole I have to say I’m staying away from all of them. Speaks volumes.

They didn’t have what we ordered and waited until we pulled up to let us know. That was after they told us they had it. Then put cream in the coffee when she ordered Almond milk and made her sick. She has issues with cream. It seem every time we have been there over the years something has gone wrong. We won’t be going back to that one. We don’t have issues like that at the other ones.

I refuse to go to this location. I understand the closed waiting area. I don’t understand keeping customer’s change and refusing to correct a mistake. I get much better service at the other locations.

The service is great but when they randomly close the inside I have no choice but to drive somewhere else I have a trailer that I have for work and I can’t fit in the drive-thru so my only option is going inside.
