Good coffee, mediocre at best, very small donuts. The donuts do not taste or look like they did years ago. They are definitely not worth the price charged. In coat saving measures they have ruined their product. Supermarket bakeries have better tasting donuts then Dunkin. Yum yum donuts are much tastier and substantial.

Consistently rude, consistently gets my order wrong. I only go to this one when I have no other choice and when I do I think there is no way they will get it wrong again, but they do. This is after being rushed through my order in the drive through.

On my way home and decided to hit the drive thru since they were opened until 9pm — also sign was lit up as “open.” Keep in mind it was 7pm. I sit at the drive thru for 5 mins and no one came over the speaker. So I then went to the window figured their speaker wasn’t working. Observed a lady sitting on a stool who looked at me. I asked are you open? She proceeds to just keep staring at me, not saying a word….moral of the story never got to order anything because couldn’t even get waited on. If I would’ve simply been acknowledged I wouldn’t even have written this review. Don’t go to this location!

I’ve been trying to give this place a chance since moving to the area. My order has never been accurate. Today I ordered a hot americano and was given a cup half way filled with old coffee. Not an iced drink, but a cup for hot drinks filled with room temp old coffee. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s there’s no excuse for being sold an old cup of coffee.

i have had consistent order accuracy issues with this location for as long as i can remember and i only continue to stop here because it is directly on my way to work. this morning i ordered a drink and they talked over me and asked me to repeated myself, and then did it again when i ordered my second drink. i ordered 2 orders of hash browns and got 1. i ordered bagel minis and they asked if i wanted plain or everything, i said everything, and yet they gave me plain. i used to work at a dunkin and i know from experience it is not difficult to enter the order and fulfill it correctly. i cannot wrap my head around why they have such an issue with it.
