Ordered a medium iced coffee on a really hot day . Only 5 pieces of ice inside the cup. And ask for more ice lady refused to give me extra ice. I should not have to pay for extra ice when you barely put any in the first place . Very rude staff . Also it’s iced coffee main ingredient first is the ice then the coffee and then the creamer and sugar ! Ice is really important in iced coffee! Get it right. Phone number does not work also can’t make a complaint too the manager.

This is by far the worse DD I’ve been too. The service is trash. I ordered 10 donuts and got 8. I ordered 2 hash browns and got 1. I had to ask them to correct the order. Then realized that my hash browns were still frozen in the middle. Never again!

This is the absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to!!! When you get to the drive thru expect the person taking your order to be having side conversations with other members. You won’t know if they’re talking to you or not which will almost always cause confusion with your order. They make you feel super rushed they just wanna get you in and out. Go to a different one this one is ratchet!
