Some guy would not allow me & my child to eat in the dining area where other customers were eating at, my child & I were asked to leave meanwhile it was 2 in the afternoon & other customers were allowed to eat there but they were not my ethnicity my skin did not meet the requirements to eat at this Dunkin Donuts today my child is 4 & should not be exposed to discrimination. Today we left this Dunkin being told we may not eat here while watching other customers enjoy their food in the dining area.

the indians are ruining dunkin’ donuts the slogan is american runs on dunkin not india. the lady at the register gave me attitude from the start as i tried to use a reward i earned on the dunkin app. i asked for a hot chocolate and a chocolate frosted donut. they didn’t have any chocolate frosted or glazed donuts so when i ordered a strawberry frosted donut i was still given attitude. their hot chocolate was awful it tasted burnt and it was bitter just absolutely horrendous. i wasn’t greeted or anything. don’t but from here they don’t deserve ur money and you don’t deserve the awful service

Acceptable in a pinch. The server did not make my order correctly. And when I asked for it to be corrected she seemed quite annoyed with me. I don’t think I’ll go back here unless I absolutely have to. Courtesy and attitude go a long way for me… Last time I went in there I was given iced coffee instead of cold brew that I ordered.. must have run out by evening. I guess she thought I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference
