Today I ordered 2 of the same coffees. As you can see they are vastly different. Just let the younger girl handle the drive thru. She always gets it right. If you order the same drink every day for a week at least one of those days the drink will taste very different.

i would give a -100 if i could. absolutely HORRIBLE. there was a hair in my food, employees are RUDE and obviously don’t know what they’re doing. Also, SAW A MOUSE. flies everywhere, on the donuts, in the ice box, everywhere. absolutely disgusting. can’t wait till they get shut down.

I give Dunkin donuts four stars for the most part their food is very consistent. I really love their coffee I only give them four stars because sometimes I get cups that leak. It’s such a problem that it has forced me to only give them four stars I would suggest they invest in much better cups or get a new company to make your cups. Maybe do away with paper cups and go to a styrofoam cup they might cost a little more money but it will take care of your leaking problem. Because let’s face it there’s nothing worse than getting a cup of coffee and your cup is leaking. I always try to leave the most honest complete reviews.

i wish i could give them a negative star they’re the worst dunkin i’ve ever been too and will argue with you if you try to tell them they made a mistake. they will also argue with you if you ask for more than 2 packets of ketchup for a four person order. greedy & incompetent are the only words to describe this place.

I love getting the Iced Matcha latte with almond or oat milk at Dunkin’ Donuts, they make it right infont of you. So you can see what ingredients their using. It’s very satisfying to me. No offense to Wawa and Starbucks but Dunkin knows how to make it taste just right

This Dunkin always gets my order right unlike the Dunkin at 8333 Bristol Pike (near walmart). I will drive all the way to this Dunkin if I want something. One time I placed a mobile order but couldn’t pick it up because of the traffic, and when I got to Dunkin 3 hrs later they gave me a new order of what ordered, no questions asked. I do agree tye traffic at this location is horrible and make me mad at times but that’s life.

I wish there was a minus 10 star. This place is totally disgusting and sickening. I ordered 2 small cold brew with cold foam when my daughter and I finished our coffee with 5 to 7 minutes the both cups still had more than half cup of ice when I called the person I spoke with was very nasty and told me they’re trained to fill the cups with ice then pour the coffee I feel like I only got a little more than quarter cup of coffee for $4 dollars.

This Dunkin is the freakin worst. On top of being in a horrible location, they never get my order right. They’re constantly changing how they make coffee and I have to correct the order every time. They also will randomly close the store and only have the drive thru open so people with mobile orders can’t get in. They stood there staring at us while we were waiting at the door and didn’t have the courtesy to come let us know why the main store was closed or what we should do. They’re also always yelling at each other in there. Sucks because it’s the closest Dunkin to me but TERRIBLE.
