To no avail. I should of checked the bags before I left the drive through. I ordered an Everything bagel w/cream cheese toasted, 20 glazed munchkins and a large hot coffee. Bagel not toasted, looks old and only received 10 munchkins… would not recommend this DnD at all. Poor service. This is not a hard task to complete, especially when I was the only car in line.

I asked for oatmilk and he repeated the order back so I know he heard me. I definitely was served dairy milk because I felt sick immediately afterwards. Also the customer service is awful. Never going back to this location again. Not everyone who orders oatmilk is doing it because of a fad!

If I could give this zero stars I would. This is by far the WORST Dunkin ever. Orders are always wrong whether it be from an incorrect item or missing items. The worst being when I was given the wrong flavor of coffee and was given a flavor that I am severally allergic to. Thankfully I realized it quickly and had no serious health impact. When I notified them of their mistake their response was only whoops our bad, no we are sorry or anything. Just a whoops our bad. I could have ended up needing serious medical attention because of their mistake. They also routinely do not open when they are supposed to. Several times I have placed a mobile order and they are closed when I get there.. Their hours of operation start at 5am and I would be getting there at 5:30am to pick up my order, on my way to work, so by their hours of operation they should be open. I understand things happen but if you are not going to be open during your posted hours of operation then you need to disable mobile order otherwise you are stealing money from people who are unable to get their orders because no one is there when they are supposed to be.

Something is off about this place.

This location is hit or miss but mostly miss. Alot of the time drinks and food items aren’t quite the same as what you would get in other locations. For example, today I ordered the snacking bacon which we have gotten many times from other places and you could smell the pepper on it before even opening the bag, usually very sweet, our mouths were ON FIRE!! They also need to fix the drive thru speaker, you can never hear them.

I’m shook this is an actual business. Came at 3 pm on a weekday. Just 2 high school kids working here. Waited 30 minutes for a cold brew. Can’t even order at a register cause they’re closed. Workers talked to their friends the whole time and served them first even though I ordered 5 minutes beforehand? Then they forgot my drink, burned my food, and I had to wait even longer. No management, no accountability, not a real business.

This is the absolute worse dunkin I’ve ever been to. Have given it SO many chances, and leave disappointed every time. There is a clear lack of proper training and management. I add the extra 10 mins to my morning commute and go to the other dunkin nearby since I know they are sanitary and will make my drink right. Do not go here for your own sake.

This dunkin is by far the worst one to go to. They are always messing up orders. Today they had no plain bagels, hasbrowns, or bacon. And this has not been the first time they have run out of things. My bagel was lop sidded and cold and they forgot a bagel and straws in my order. Highly disappointed every time I go.

I have been here many times. Every time I go there is something wrong with the order. It’s always wrong and almost always under cooked. I would rather drive down the street to Wawa or across town to the other Dunkin’.
