Close by and friendly enough but always missing several items when I get my order whether it’s a mobile order or placed there.. I pull into the lot to make sure my order is correct because 9/10 times it’s not. Today I was missing both donuts from my mobile order. Seems to be a recurring issue at this location. Should not be this hard to get donuts at Dunkin’ Donuts I assume they’re short staffed but please double check the orders you bag!!!

Tried a frozen coffee free with any purchase with my dunkin app. It was so friggin good. Way better than iced coffee. Way more expensive too though lol. I usually prefer an iced latte. They have the best sausage eggs and cheese croissant. Really good. For a while, I had some issues with consistency of the iced lattes. Sometimes good, sometimes not. But that seems to have sorted itself out. Lastly, none of the Dunkin’s around here have the Powdered sugar Bavarian cream doughnuts. Wth man. That’s my favorite doughnut. Have to get it from the grocery store. The inside is open now, but I haven’t been in there, so no comments on that.

I ordered a dirty chai. My cup says what I ordered but it’s regular coffee with cream. Don’t recommend. Don’t charge people for their order but rush it out the drive thru wrong bc you care about your drive thru times. Shauna do better.

I asked for extra cold foam… but I got 1/2 a coffee. And I got charged the full price for a FULL MEDIUM COFFEE PLUS 70 CENTS FOR THE EXTRA COLD FOAM. this is a joke. Also got snakin bacon, it’s not even hot. Wish I got a cup on the side of the cold foam instead of this. Waste Of my money. Not coming back!!!
