Decent selection of fresh donuts! Love how creative their Holiday and seasonal/specialty donut collections are!! It was rather busy.. however, the line moved really quickly and the store still looked tidy and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. I most certainly will be back and will recommend this location!

I went to this Dunkin’ donuts today Monday January 16th 2023 and the time was 8: 48 I am Muslim and I asked for a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissants she put my turkey sausage in with pork bacon and said that’s the way that they supposed to do it and then she said I should have told her I was Muslim I had the whole headpiece and everything going she said some people just wear that just to be wearing that I’m not one of them people I used to work at Dunkin’ donuts a while ago and we were never allowed to put turkey bacon in with pork bacon that wasn’t allowed very unprofessional and I guess she was the manager she was a white short heavy set lady

It states it opens at 6am it’s 605 am and they haven’t open the door and I knock to just see how long due to a mobile order I just place and they see me and ignored me but stared right at me. I don’t know how Dunkin’s would run this way when they make the most business compare to Starbucks and curry donuts but I guess never go to the square for a morning brew. I’m going to have to apply and show these people how to open and prep before 6 am and handle rush hours cause I just read some of the reviews and they need someone with management experience

My God, one of the worst Dunkin I’ve ever seen. They take forever to make a sandwich. Does it take 4 people to make a sandwich? They can’t handle rush hour everyone is waiting too long. Does Dunkin forget that people have buses to catch ? Jeez stay away from this location as far as possible. Take my word for it. So what you think by adding an “attractive” worker that the line is gonna disappear? She still is slow when it comes to making coffee and so is the dike with bald hair

I just left this dunkin on the square and after i walked away from the register girl who left me more confused and every time I’d say something she would walk off to do it. very scattered. I didn’t realize to after i left because i was eager to leave, but when i ordered a coffee it added almost $7 to my order. I was then given uncooked snackin bacon and worker sternly without looking close but also very sure that it was in fact cooked. Exiting the building was similar to come out of the other side of a mushroom trip. I then walked back to the truck baffled enough to write this review. Go elsewhere for you morning/afternoon nutrition.

Purchased a donut and a coffee. The woman with blue hair was extremely rude as well as a supervisor with short light hair. The blue hair woman raised her voice at me! Why? Because I asked to use the bathroom. She yelled at me twice. Paying customers cannot use the bathroom.

Never enough staff. The staff they have doesn’t listen to order correctly. Got medium cup as replacement for large but still charged the same amount and she didn’t add my 2 donuts.

Staff friendliness has improved within the past few months, especially within my last two visits(late August and late September), I prefer my coffee black and it’s usually okay; however, sometimes, I get burnt, black coffee. The 6:30 AM-1 PM hours are extremely busy… Also, while service has improved, if you want to order more than two items, staff rushes your order( and gets it wrong-usually)- As for ordering any “healthier” menu options, don’t bother… They are soaked with more grease than the “original” items…
