People friendly, service ok. Real problem was the grilled cheese sandwiches…they tasted like they had been made on a grill using rancid oil. Tasted terrible!! Had to throw them away even though we were hungry. My advice is to go to Wawa instead:(

Give me Liberty Or Give me Death!

At this one Dunkin’ they take about 15 minutes to even take your order. This isn’t a one time experience either. They have also messed up my order multiple times. If I was the manager of this place I would have my workers learn how to multitask better, if they made the drinks a little faster, and didn’t make people wait 7-15 minutes even to take an order when sitting at the drive though speaker I would recommend this place, but as of now no. Also they are always out of Donuts so that’s another negative.

It’s an average DD. This location has really nice service though. I would come here over other DD in the area! Always have great and fresh donuts! The coffee was good( but bitter) as always and I love your muffins!

Went to drive thru today at 12:30pm on a Sunday labor day weekend and was told they are out of everything pumpkin, out of oatmilk, out of all munchkins and the woman was so rude. I cannot believe on a long holiday weekend they wouldn’t have everything stocked and ready to go. Not our first issue here and just disappointing.

Did a mobile order prior to arriving and walked up to the indoor pick up spot to find no orders. The guy at the register told me to check the other side (where in store purchases are picked up). I stood there for a few minutes patiently, and everyone ignored me while other customers got their orders. When someone finally asked “what are you waiting for”, I said I placed a mobile order before arriving, and it’s just a XL black coffee and a donut. The person I spoke to rolled their eyes, got my coffee reluctantly then threw the bag with the donut towards me on the counter and walked away. I said thank you, and got no response. It was not busy and there were atleast four people working. There was zero need for that kind of attitude, especially for quite possibly the easiest dunkin order imaginable.

I didn’t catch the name of the woman that helped me in the drive-thru today but I’m assuming she’s the manager. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT!! They were out of the donut holes I ordered on the app and when I explained I had a child with a particular request, she accommodated me and went above and beyond. Not only that but she was so sweet about it. People like her excel in customer service roles, thank you for making my day a little brighter ☺️

I ordered coffee with a shot of espresso and it was still weak. The hash browns were DISGUSTING. In addition to being under cooked, the oil was dirty and old and you could taste it. I highly suggest going elsewhere.

The worst dunkin donuts on the face of the planet. You pull up to the drive through, don’t forget there’s 1 car in the parking lot. About 7 minutes later someone says be right with you. Then finally 10 minutes later someone takes your order. Then you wait 15 more minutes until getting your order. Utter disgrace.

Every time I come here they get my order wrong. I don’t know if they give me someone else’s order, or if they miss hear my the order. I believe my drink was correct 1 time out of 5 orders.

Very nice staff. However, the facility is filthy. Garbage overflowing in garbage cans, on counters, the table haven’t been cleaned in days. The floors are disgusting. And don’t get me started on the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting.
