The most recent five star reviews have definitely been written by friends of the owner or staff members. Spencer Decker is one example because I have literally seen him working at this Dunkin… (see below, unless he deletes his review after reading this one.) They are scrambling to put five star reviews up in anticipation of the Starbucks that is opening up the street. The service at this Dunkin is mostly appalling. Most of the young teenage female members of the staff are rude to the customers. They resent being interrupted while scrolling on their phones. I prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks any day, and I would hate to see this one close. However, Starbucks knows how to treat it customers with courtesy and pleasantness. I hope this Dunkin owner/manager, cleans house of his or her ignorant female staff members, and gets his game on. This is unlike any other Dunkin’ I have been to. I will go to N. Main Ave., until things improve here.

Never ate or drank. We walked into the lobby and it was disgusting. The lobby looked like they had removed many tables or booths. Possibly due to COVID. But they also looked like they had not cleaned their lobby since. It was a mess. But there was no other customer to be seen. What happened to the whole clean when it’s not busy aspect of these places? We never stuck around to try it. If they care this little about the lobby, I don’t want to try anything that they would serve!

Someone needs to teach the people that work at this store, how to make a latte. The latte is all about the froth. The latte They make has no froth, no different than a regular cup of coffee. I don’t mind paying four dollars plus for a latte, but I at least want it to be frothy.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee in the drive-thru. The sandwich was good as usual, but the iced coffee was the most bitter iced coffee I’ve ever received from Dunkin. Had to have been very old.

The mobile app area is a disaster zone!!! What is the point of having a designated pick up area if you NEVER use it. You walk in and everyone’s order is on the counter with multiple people touching the top of everyone’s coffee cups and drinks to spin to see the # and names on the cups because there are so many of them. The designated are is empty. Besides that they rarely have any donuts available for a donut shop. Cleanliness is also a 1 star.

This place frustrates me to no end. I have had multiple wrong orders and today was the icing on the cake. I ordered a small black cold brew and a large cold foam cold brew with 3 cream and unsweetened vanilla flavor. What I got is absolutely undrinkable. The small cold brew is basically water and my large cold foam has vanilla swirl in it and is more cream than coffee. I didn’t even bother to complain because the last time my order was wrong they told me “we can’t take it back” to fix it. I won’t be coming back to this location any more.

The machines are filthy, and as a result the coffee tastes so nasty. It tastes burnt but it’s a brand new pot so it’s a lack of cleanliness. Staff is rude and don’t care. Bagels and crescents are always burnt. I spend so much at dunkin and I’d rather eat dirt than drink their coffee and eat their food: AVOID THIS BRANCH!
