Nice place, could use a remodel it’s to dreary. As for service, I use the mobile ordering so I don’t get the snotty attitude most of the young workers have in there. And after my last visit I’m not going back after the comment was made to me “well a tip would be nice, I did make your coffee” not going back there any time soon.

It’s alright… this location isn’t too busy when I’ve been there, but I’m not there often enough to comment more on their service; but I was the only one in there early this morning and they made my egg n’ bacon pretty good, however, I was very clear that I didn’t want cheese on it because I never asked for it, and plus I said since it seems to be a common mistake in general. But like I said, they still screwed my order since cheese literally kills me. They should be a little more careful when taking orders correctly or actually reading what you’ve written down, from what I can tell.

Short staffed, fine. Poor management, fine. Out of most ingredients, also fine. Never any parking…. But the horrible attitude and terrible customer service from the untrained, unsupervised staff is why I’ll never go back. If you can not make a simple cup of coffee correctly, why bother opening the doors? The lady before demanded her $, the lady after me was screaming and getting involved in all of the mistakes that were being made…. It was chaos today (and honestly most days at this location) but the tourists see D&D and swerve on to the curb!

So the app says 141 rt 209 s which takes you to the DD in Milford. When you fibd this one (NO signage on Rt 209), the address on the glass says 103. After going back and forth between them, I found I eas missing a donut from my order. If you don’t know the area, do not attempt to order ahead.
