These people were rude and completely ignorant and disrespectful they told us they couldn’t make 3 of our drinks 10 minutes after we ordered. They picked up dirty ice that fell on the counter and putted back into a cup for an order this was unacceptable. I couldn’t even enjoy my stay. There was false advertising on the kiosk. My coffee was handed to me open and hot coffee spilling all over my hands. And the other coffee the cup was sticky and just gross.This was completely disappointing and frustrating. And we were there for 30 minutes and when it came to trying to refund my 3 drinks I had to ask for the refund they just looked at me like I was dumb.

Probably the worst Dunkin in the area. Food is usually burnt and the people who work there are constantly rude. I went in this past week in the morning for a coffee while it was pretty busy and waited 20 minutes for my drink and a hash brown. I understand if you are busy but the eye-rolls and being ignored by the older woman were very unnecessary. Will not be returning.

Everytime I go its always a hit or a miss. Some days everything is up to par while way more often recently they have been missing parts of my orders completely. Make sure if you do go always check before you drive off- you could be missing something.

Service was very slow it wasn’t even that busy. My hash browns were so hard and burnt to the point I couldn’t even eat them. Coffee was also made poorly. Will not be going back here !

Worst Dunkin experience ever I clearly advised them I was allergic to milk, I paid the up charge for some oat milk and yet I end up sick from dairy!! Was in the hospital for two days.

Management is terrible here, food was horrible bagel was burnt to a crisp when i asked for not toasted, and the hash browns tasted like lemon pledge and the manager refused to refund me
