Here is a picture of a black iced coffee re-made again the second time through the drive-through at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The employee who served us the first time was very rude. It still looks like tea, not coffee and it is very weak. My husband threw his out.

The manager was very rude and angry. Ordered hot coffee, got served cold. She just looked like “why are you here?” She also didn’t apply the discount offer that was advertised on screen. Zero customer service at this Dunkin’ donuts. Avoid this location! What a start to morning just looking for hot coffee!

Very friendly and helpful. I’m not a great drive thru customer meaning I like to look at the WHOLE menu and take my time while stuttering to decide. Totally was cool with me and there was a total of at least 3 vehicles in line, myself in the middle.

Very disappointed with the fact that the lobby is not open. Excuse I was given was that they supposed they were short-staffed. I have been parked in the truck stop directly behind the store since 7-17-23 at about 4: 00pm. And I was looking forward to getting Dunkin’ donut coffee and breakfast sandwich. Their loss doesn’t seem like they care not like I can drive a tractor trailer that is 70 ft long and 8 plus feet wide through the drive-thru. They need to do better

After reading some of these reviews I realize I’m not the only one with this experience. DO NOT PLACE ORDER ON MOBILE APP BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE AN EXCUSE AND NOT GIVE YOU THE ORDER. I placed order in the app and sent my husband a screen shot of the order number and also shows this location’s address (so we know it wasn’t placed at the wrong location). He went to pick it up about 10 minutes later and they said they never got the order. And then changed the story that someone else with my same name came to pick up.

Such an amazing culinary delight! I had the privilege of trying their “everything” bagel and let me tell you, it had everything. I don’t think they could have packed a single seed more on the bagel. The flavor explosion of the sausage, egg and cheese included on this sandwich nearly made my head spin. Obviously I will be returning to this fine dining establishment.
