They get my order wrong every time and if they get it right, my coffee is a watery disgusting mess. The staff should learn to listen when there is an order being placed. I see they got rid of that rude woman who was always at drive thru. The staff now are a little nicer but the drinks are always disgusting. I go to the Dunkin down the street, run by Indians.

Just have been through the drive thru but have had no complaints yet. The staff seem to be thoroughly trained now, and I really like how they have a second window for larger orders that can be bypassed to the exit if you’re just getting coffee. Apparently the inside should have some upgrades over the older Dunkin stores but haven’t had a chance to go in yet.

If it was possible to leave zero, I would. Took 20 minutes to get our order, and it was wrong. It’s drive thru only so they are helping only one person at a time. So I’m not sure how it’s possible to mess stuff up so bad. And when something was said, they gave an attitude like THEY were being inconvenienced. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Whatever you do, do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, there are plenty other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area I ordered a pumpkin spice coffee and a pond receiving it Friday. I didn’t taste like pumpkin one spice. I asked the guy today to make sure that he put pumpkin in it and try charging me over a dollar extra on my $3 coffee, bringing it to 4 and a 1/2 dollars for extra pumpkin upon tasting the coffee right there in front of the manager, it clearly did not have pumpkin whatever you do, stay away. These guys will rip you off and charge you extra for product they don’t give yet.

Before I start, I just want to say everyone refers to this dunkin as the “bad experience” dunkin. I order a plan toasted bagel and this is what they give me. This is absolutely so ridiculous and not to mention the lady at the window is rude. I come back and order a new one and the give me the WRONG ORDER. I am so furious that I had to leave work and get my order again and then to realize that it’s the wrong order. Not only was the line long enough but the people there are just plain rude. If you don’t have the attitude to work there then you shouldn’t be working there at all. The lady didn’t even apologize or anything. She gave me a face and gave me my food. Horrible horrible customer service and the worst dunkin to go to. Please try to avoid this dunkin at all cost so you don’t have to go through what I went through.

Who ever owns this place needs to close it down I’ve been coming here on and off for a year now and it’s like this Dunkin is so disgusting I found ants on my donuts . My bacon egg and cheese wrap was raw they didn’t cook the bacon or egg pattie I immediately threw them away and when I called the store and ask to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. I highly recommend if people don’t buy stuff here .

Terrible owner. Threatened to “Fight me” after over charging me and me questioning why. Rude, disrespectful ownership and management group. Highly suggest some of the local owned shops. Also they “Tax up” which means you’ll pay more then what they claim to the IRS.
