Just went to the Dunkin’ Donuts on West Avenue in Walnutport. First they lost my order that I had just placed online which they advise to do to save time. Then she was annoyed because we didn’t order coffee but simply just food. And you can see from the picture that I have attached they were very careful to place my napkins in the bag. Lol. A joke of an operation. I would avoid. The food was ice cold.

My son & I love our usual Tuesday runs to DD! But this one seems to usually either mess up something or another. I love the people they seem genuinely nice. But I always go through the drive through as my son’s very hyperactive so I try to just go through the drive through typically. But the new fence I feel is a definite hazard. I feel it will if not already cause an accident. I almost got hit from behind a few times since the fence was put up. Still will go though❤️

I come to this Dunkin (used to anyways) at least 3 times a day . I did a mobile order today for my kids . I get there to pick it up they tell me the donuts are not there yet so they have no donuts at Dunkin’ Donuts until 6 apparently I’m just supposed to know that so they offered muffins instead which my kids don’t even like but I figure to make it easier . I ordered three they gave me less knowing what I had ordered. I called the manager and she told me she knew what she did it was because a price difference but didn’t mention it while I was there just acted like they were getting my order together . Not only don’t they have what is literally in there name almost ever . They knowingly rip you off . No answer was told when I asked why I was not made aware while I was there I was just told to go back later and get a donut . Unprofessional and I can spend over fourty dollars a day on a different Dunkin no problem . I don’t take attitudes.

My orders are rarely filled correctly. Drinks are never made the same each time I get them at this location. They make it hot, even after they repeated me that I wanted iced. They are also not very pleasant when you try to tell them nicely that it’s wrong. I only continue to take my chances there because it’s a convenient location.
