Went through drive thru, the girl had a hard time taking my order (sweetened ice tea and grilled cheese). Went to pay and got the drink right away. Said the sandwich would be a “minute”. It felt like eternity. By time I got it and opened it to eat it wasn’t even grilled just melted cheese on bread and no napkin. At least the tea was made right so I give one star.

They never get your orders right sizes of drinks are wrong either wrong flavor or give you caffenated when you ask for decaffeinated and if you double check they lie and you get all wired out with anxiety and never have a selection just a very.

Slowest experience ever at a dunkin, got a coffee and two donuts and with no line outside and one person at the inside counter it took a good 10mins and watching them walk back and forth like they were lost. They need better time management and multitasking training.
