Ordered online on the app. When we arrived to pick it up the drinks were there but none of the other items ordered. We ordered two donuts and two apple fritters. The man at the counter asked if we needed something. I told them what was missing and he asked for a name on the order. I told him and ge couldn’t find the slip. The other worker pulled it out of the trash can and handed it to the worker. The donuts we ordered were in stock but not the apple fritters. I asked if I could have donuts to replace the apple fritters. He sighed and said yeah I guess I can do that. Very rudely told me that if I want apple fritters I need to come early in the morning. I was shocked that they threw the receipt away knowing there were items missing from our order. I will no longer be visiting this DD. I will be going to Starbucks which lets you know they are out of an item when you order it and and the staff is not rude.

Everything about this particular Dunkin Donuts is terrible. The staff is rude, if they even acknowledge your presence, and it’s a 50/50 shot that they will have what you want to order. I’m not mentioning this because I had one bad experience either. This seems to be habitual for this store.

The crew here always tries to do their very best. Drinks and food are made as requested. I only took one star away do to the uncleanliness of the location. Multiple tables were sticky, litter was on the floor. A good experience would have been made great if it was cleaner.

I always try to give this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt because it’s in town and I understand people have bad days but this is about the fifth or sixth time in a row I have been here with a mistake, I just watched a girl make my latte which is supposed to have whip cream and different items on top, mess the whipped cream up 3 times, scrape it off and give it to me with nothing on it. They never even attempt to make your drink the way it supposed to be made, they do the bare minimum and almost always miss something whether it’s cold foam or sugar or cream. Now I just drive to the one in Lehighton if I want something to taste the way its supposed to
