We ( me and my mother) decided to go out for nice coffees, and we ordered two cold brews with cold foam. When I saw them I asked the man for more cold foam ( because it looked very weak). He walked back and put whipped cream on them… Obviously whipped cream is not cold foam.. The coffee was not even cold brew . It was like regular iced coffee with creamer already in it. The food was also warm and gross. I don’t recommend going here they don’t know what they are doing at all. If you want a good coffee go to Starbucks.

This location is so unorganized. I ordered off the app came in to pick up. Stood there for a good 20 minutes when people were coming in and ordering and leaving and to go slips were piling up on the counter. Come to find out my sandwiches I ordered were sitting there but not my drinks. Finally the one kid asked about my order. Got home and this is the second time they messed my sandwich up. I wanted sausage and they gave me bacon. They need a better system in that store. There should a person dedicated to the slips coming out. Making sure the orders are filled in order as they come out.

I used to always go to this dunkin and they always had a good service. But after today my opinion changed. We went in and they took our order and we sat down waiting for like 40 minutes. Everyone kept coming and going. It was like they forgot we had an order. I had to ask my dad to come in to ask them about it and they didn’t even start our order yet.

This dunkin used to be the best. Now they have awful service, including being asked to wait in line at the drive through to then go back in line when their mic did not work after being at the speaker for 6 min. We went up to the window and were told to wait at the end of the five cars behind us while there were two workers doing nothing inside and no customers inside.

This Dunkin location does not honor Dunkin Rewards free items, nor do they know how to make speciality drinks. On 2 separate occasions they got the Chocolate Caramel Cold brew and Butter Pecan specialty drinks wrong. The coffee had a burnt bitter taste, which I threw out. I now drive an extra 10 minutes to go elsewhere. I do not recommend this Dunkin location.

Order Hot Joe coffee on Thursday for a Saturday pick up. The server was fantastic! He got the form and took my order. I was able to pay for my order with my Dunkin App. On Saturday, just gave my name and receipt and order was pipping hot and ready! This was the 2nd time I ordered ahead! All the SERVERS are kind and smart! They are the BEST LOCAL DUNKIN

We waited over a half hour in the drive thru and the signature latte was not made right at all, it was missing the flavoring so I ended up with a coffee with milk. We thought we would give it a chance after being remodeled but we were wrong. I’ve never gotten a drink that was made right from here.
