The coffee was good, however the service was slow. The workers seem to talk to each other and don’t do the orders right away. I had to wait a little too long and there were no other customers in front or behind us. I think there are just too many workers and not doing they’re job appropriately and on time.

The service is absolutely awful! I stood at the counter for at least 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me! I should have gotten “sorry for the wait, how may I help you” all I got was, “a look, as if , what do you want” I handed her my money , she handed me my change! What I should have received was! “Thank you very much Sir, have a wonderful day”

I don’t know what world I stepped into when I went there but I walked in there are 3 employees one guy on his cell phone, one on drive thru, and one more . You have to order from a pad and good luck if you need help that’s not happening. The guy made my drink and pointed to where the straws are. I go back to the counter to wait for my donuts…. 5 minutes later one of the employees asked what else did I need I said “ummm the donuts I ordered!”

Consistently disappointing, coffee is always diluted, never made right, I’ve complained once and I cant keep complaining when they get it wrong. It’s a waste of time and money. Just go to the next nearest dunkin.

My experience with you people suck I ended up ordering iced coffee nine creams and nine sugars and it’s not the first time I ordered this since you’ve been opened for remodeling yes but the old one no you should have stayed remodeling never will I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again

Do not like Dunkin as a hole. I’m from the south where donuts melt in your mouth. Dunkin donuts taste like sweet biscuits to me; and their coffee, no matter which one I get, has an underlining flavor of what I would think old donut grease would taste like. There needs to be more donut competition in Pennsylvania. When I lived in Corpus Christi TX, a Dunkin opened up close to my house. It was super busy the first month it was open, then nothing. It lasted about 3 months ,then shut down – nobody liked it in comparison to the shops that were already there.

Don’t particularly care for this Dunkin location. The service is sometimes slow if you walk in. I ordered drive through and upon arrival I saw a long line and had to be to work soon so I walked in. Ordered ahead so expected coffee to be made but it wasn’t. Stood at the pick up line a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Asked for my name and they made the coffee right away. I saw a bag waiting in the drive thru section so I asked if it could be mine, I was told to wait a few minutes. About 7 min later another woman walks by and looks at the food and realizes it’s mine and brings it over.

THERE IS A MUCH BETTER DD 1 1/2 mi away on 25th st. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this nightmare of an establishment. Without question it is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the history of Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m amazed it even has an 3.7 stars. Every single person that works there is rude and not helpful, they are super slow, and they always close early. There donuts are stale and their drinks sub par. It’s not very clean in the store either. But mostly, they should be ashamed of how they treat loyal customers, and I will never step foot in that place, or go through the drive-through as long as I live. They should be ashamed of how they talk to people. This is not based on a one-time experience either, I’ve been there countless times and it’s ALWAYS a bad/disappointing experience. Trust me, the nearby much friendlier DD is the one you want to go to. I’d have given them zero stars if I could have. Disgraceful place.
