I’ve been coming to this dunkin for years now and can say that they are one of my favorite in the area. All of their employees are nice and hardworking, you often see the same people there everyday and they are always happy to take your order. I come here very often before my shifts for work and they have never messed up an order. If it is slow or they have a lot of customers in a time frame they are not hesitant to jump up and let you know what’s going on!

Went through the DT with my mother-in-law around 8:44 am on 06/05/23. We both just came from getting blood work done. So we both wanted a little pick-me-up before my actual doctor’s appointment since we both had to fast. However, since we do separate payments, we usually do 2 separate orders. We were told “NO! WE CANT DO SEPARATE ORDERS!” When we got to the window, my mother-in-law asked a younger looking Indian girl with red lipstick why they couldn’t do separate orders. The girl said “Ma’am bc we’re busy.” As someone who has worked for 2 separate Dunkin franchises in the last 6 years, I find that excuse to be utter bs (excuse my language.) So no big. I went inside to place my order. The lovely young lady with red hair took my order & was extremely nice, as was the lady who made my croissant stuffer. But as far as your DT order taker goes, she needs to get it together.

Have placed multiple orders on line, our cappuccinos Re never ready and events ought we order and pay for donuts they’re not only not ready but servers unaware they were even ordered. The donuts never appear on the receipt, what’s up with that. Extremely poorly managed.

Drive thru at 8:30 am during the week is a breeze. In/out fast! My latte is always hot and filled to the top ( not all foam) my daughter occasionally gets 1 or 2 chocolate munchkins mixed in with glazed. (She HATES chocolate!) She is 6 and boy does this irritate her! I explain that it is most likely a mistake. She said “mommy they make this mistake every time.”

As usual, the drive up is slow and crowded. Whether it is from errors by the staff (sometimes) or on the fly changes by drivers (often) at this location it is better to go inside for orders. The entrance from the road is terrible, never should have been approved as laid out.

Today I did a BIG mobile order for our staff at the YMCA on this very hot day! We ordered over 12 drinks and a donut. These Dunkin staff members were WONDERFUL and very pleasant even though we ordered so much! Some of the Y staff said they frequent this Dunkin location often and it never disappoints!
