I dont know what the staff was doing today and I understand its Easter but we asked for extra cream in iced coffees and it was still pretty dark so we asked if we could have extra cream and they took it back, and gave it back to us with no extra cream. Also no swirls even though we both asked for some? Literally the worst coffee we’ve ever gotten from here. It was SPECIFICALLY the staff today.

This used to be my favorite morning spot. The crew that was always there were always sweet to my twins boys made my coffee to perfection. I go so often they remembered our names and orders. The manager there fired the one then everyone started to leave Because of it. Now it’s two ladies left and they are the two I depend on. Other than that I never know if my coffee and my husband coffee and donuts order will be right. I love my old crew please bring them back.

I don’t know what some of these people are saying.. This Dunkin has been the best Dunkin in Lancaster, BY FAR. Other Dunkin’s forget to change their coffee machines, Leavin you with burnt, gross coffee. NOT THIS ONE. Always has the orders correct, everything tastes to par, and does a good job keeping things flowing. Always greeted and take care of me.

Extremely rude employee taking orders. Disrespectful and rude. I will never visit this Dunkin Donuts again. My order was wrong, I was going to keep it but wanted to be sure I wasn’t getting someone else’s order. The girl put her hands up and continued to say “bye you ordered cold, bye”. I was never asked which is fine my mistake I should have just said hot but there is NEVER a time I will say cold beside I don’t like cold coffee. Like I said never again.
