I have been here many times, and while they keep it moving to the best of their ability during the morning rush, I highly recommend that you give yourself an additional 15 minutes if you plan to stop here on your way to work. The line grows quickly, and it is usually drive thru only in the early morning hours. However, it is worth the wait and I have never been disappointed with my order!

I’ve been here for over 20 min. First in line then waiting for my order while others just continue through drive through picking up their orders. Need more people or better time customer service.20 min for 6 frozen drinks. Not good

So it seems like this place is hit or miss. Well my visit was a miss. I had the worse service and unprofessional staff work with me today. After buying a full dozen of donuts I asked if they had any more strawberry frosted in the back. The response was I have to use the ones in the front before using the ones in the back. Understanding the concept as I’ve worked in Food service for years. I asked if they had more as I needed a dozen. She walked away and never returned to assist me. So when another person who was also very rude to me came out. I politely asked for the manager. They lied and said he was on the phone (he was outside) hoping for me to leave. Then went 2 feet away from me to talk about me. I merely asked for a manager as I wanted to talk about the experience today. I moved closer to the girls and told them how impolite it was to talk about customers especially when all I did was ask to speak to a manager. The manager on duty wasn’t that helpful either. I hope corporate responds to my full experience survey as they need customer service training!

Are good place but the customers need the open hours cause for example today is Sunday and I drove 20 miles to enjoy something over here and was closed. If they put that are open until 8:30pm why at 7:00 pm was close. Are loosing customers doing this. Change open hours to keep customers.

We had an impromptu visit at this Dunkin’ location and the service was amazing. Rachel was so kind and friendly. Helped us order and served the kids’ ice cream just as they ordered. Thank you Rachel for making out visit such a pleasant one

False advertising!!! It’s advertised as 24hrs. Even on the highway signs. It’s not!!! Wasted 20min travel detour time. Got to the drive thru, just so the unprofessional staff can tell me they are out of everything including donuts! It was obvious the staff wanted to leave to party on a Saturday night.

I arrived at 40 after the hour. I stood in the lobby for five minutes, hearing employees who were focused only on the drive-thru. I waited another 2-3 minutes and then called “Hello?” a few times, to no avail. Then the male employee came to the counter to look for something under it. I said hello and he jumped. He still had no idea I was there, so fixed was he on whatever he sought under the counter. I said that I’d been standing there for a while, waiting. He said that someone had called off/ called in for this shift. I can’t remember if he said “sorry” or not. He tried to take my order but couldn’t figure out how to do so because he couldn’t locate the item I ordered. He yelled to the as-yet invisible but audible female employee: How do I find (item x)? She gave some guidance and he located it. About this time, an older woman (approx 75-80) entered. I hadn’t paid yet. The male employee had just gotten the little sticker that goes on each person’s cup printed. He had stuck it to his finger and was kind of waving around his hand as this older person started barking out her order of “I want one scoop of butter almond! If you don’t have butter almond, I can take butter pecan!” He ended up sticking the sticker to who -knows-what because he never did locate it when he got around to making my beverage….but I’m getting ahead of myself. At this point, instead of telling this woman, “I’ll be right with you” or “please be patient… We’re shorthanded just now” or something like that, he went directly to the ice cream cases and started looking for her specified flavors. He lifted lids and mumbled various names to himself. He ended up yelling to the invisible woman at the drive thru”Do we have butter almond??” Now she appeared to come and (I kid you not) and read off every. single. flavor name. Meanwhile I stood there, waiting. He finally found a flavor she wanted. Then the search for a scoop began. It was located in the sink. He had to wash it (it was in the bottom of the sink) and then, if course, rinse it. Finally he scooped her preferred variety and handed her the little bowl. At this point, since she was proffering a $5 Bill, I turned to her and asked, “Ma’am, do you think that it would be all right if he went ahead and prepared my drink while you stand here for a moment and begin enjoying your frozen treat, since my order was actually ahead of yours?” She had the good grace to look slightly embarrassed and said that would be fine. What did the employee do? Duh! He rang up her order instead of making my drink. I commented that I really felt slighted. First, I’d stood there for a while, then I’d had to wait while he figured out what to do to make the transaction occur on the cash register. Then he’d taken the customer after me, including ringing her up after I’d given him an out, so to speak. He hunted around all over all areas for the sticker with my drink’s specs. Gone. Couldn’t find it anywhere. I had to repeat my order. He never did put in the one ingredient. It will be a loooong time before I return. It’s a shame that soooo much attention is paid to the drive – thru. It’s also a shame that employees are not taught properly how to ring up customers and how to address customers like the woman behind me who ended up being the woman in front of me. Just unreal. Too bad DD product is so good … Their service isn’t. I finally got out of the Dunkin’ at 57 after the hour. I should not have had to be there for 17 min to get a frozen drink.

They do not have enough help. They allow walk in online ordering, but lock the doors, forcing you to wait in the long and slow drive thru line. What if you don’t have enough time to sit in drive thru and have to be at work? Will they refund your money? You never know till you get there whether the store is locked or not!

My wife needed to get a quick coffee at the start of a road trip, and Dunkin was on the way. After waiting in line for a couple minutes watching one of the employees picking a dozen donuts painfully slow, we left with nothing.

The staff was helpful even though they were busy. The food was average. Chai was a little weak. They got our order confused. And then they closed the dine-in area an hour earlier than it says online. They started locking the doors and turning off lights while we were still in there, and didn’t check if anyone was still there.
