I come to this particular store pretty often just because of the convenience of the location. (It’s in walking distance from my job). Today will be the last time I go in. I went through the drive through during my lunch break and the employee was very unprofessional and rude. She had no type of customer service and didn’t know what they have or didn’t have. Understandable if she’s new however customer service is very important and she needs a lot more training. Also there’s only one way out and if you forget your wallet or want to turn around because of the line being super long and you’re running late, you literally have to go through the drive thru to get out.

I ordered avocado toast with bacon and did not get any bacon. I love paying extra for things that i dont even get!! There was also a long blonde piece of hair in the avocado part. What I’m wondering is why the person making it put the tomatoes on top of it if they saw it. It was VERY visible and would definitely have been noticed by the person since the tomatoes go on after the avocado! I took a picture of it in case I need to provide some evidence. At least the worker was able to tell me what was in their new donut! (He had no idea) Thanks dunkin for giving me an experience!

So I got halfway through a moldy piece of avocado toast before realizing it had mold. I used the drive through ans had places to be… i called the store… The staff offered to replace my toast with more. I declined… it’s the same bread. The staff were friendly but avocado toast isbr cheap… I called corporate and was transfered 3 times…. I was also told this was a high priority case and would be called within a few days, if not immediately, still no call. FYI this was Saturday, the 21st.

This place is really nice! It’s super clean which was refreshing, as I’ve seen a lot of gross Dunkin’s online. The staff were really polite. They seem very well staffed. Donuts were super pretty too, not sloppily thrown together. Seems the people working there actually enjoy what they do :))

Unfortunately not good service staff seems not to care about cleanliness as our donuts were grabbed with an ungloved hand and no napkin at all. Drinks are also hit or miss, no consistency.
