Love Dunkin, always have, always will but this location is the worst in the area. This is my last two times I’ve gone here and both times my drinks were completely disgusting when they were exactly what I wanted from other Dunkin location. Previously I ordered a mocha latte from this location and watched them make it incorrectly through the drive through window, then asked them to remake it politely because it was obviously wrong and then they tried adding chocolate sauce to to make it a mocha. WAS STILL WRONG and I had to go inside to get it fixed by a manager. Again today, I get my drink the turtle signature latte and it looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement and taste absolutely horrendous compared to other location I’ve had it at. I really don’t care if someone screws up usually but it’s solely this location. Two times I’ve received my two usual drinks that both times were screwed up. Pictured is the expectations to reality. If you want your $15 an hour then actually fulfill the expectations. I’ll continue to go to Dunkin but this location is hands down the worst in the area.

Came here midday for a hot coffee w cream and sugar and a shot of espresso. ( which was made perfectly. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. The man who I assume was the manager gave off a friendly and professional vibe and my coffee came out correctly made and very prompt.

I went to go get my son some donuts and was very nice to the drive thru girl. She was extremely rude completely not helpful. I actually can’t believe how rude she was and she was talking about me to everyone thru the headset but didn’t realize she pressed the wrong button and I could hear her. Everytime I’ve come here they have been extremely rude and nasty and the food here sucks. Definitely not coming here again.

Staff at this location are friendly, eager to work, and have excellent customer service. The inside is clean and spacious. The food is equivalent to any other Dunkin’ you would go to, which is a good thing, as consistency among all restaurants is normally a good thing as long as the food is good, which it is.

Came on 4th of July, was disappointed they didn’t have holiday donuts. I came around 10:00 in the morning and they only had a very limited selection of donuts that were left. The girl behind the counter was very unhappy with the direction I gave her. As she gave her coworker a glare. Poor donuts. Poor service.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a frozen butter pecan. It was my first time trying this drink. However, when I tasted it, the drink was a mocha. There was also chocolate swirl on the top without the sprinkles. I didn’t realize that it was not the butter pecan drink until i was home and googled the pic of what it should look like. My drink looked nothing like the pic, and there was chocolate syrup instead of caramel. They gave me a mocha drink. I was annoyed because I spent over $12.00 for 2 med drinks only to be disappointed. Both drinks were messed up. I definitely won’t be going back here and wasting my money. I wished I would have realized they messed up my drink before I left the drive thru, then maybe they could have given me the right drink. As a warning for others, make sure to taste your drink before you leave, so you know it is what you ordered.

Dunkin Donuts on Pauline drive and Queen Street has the best drive-thru girls. Always come out of there feeling like a princess, they all be calling me Love and Babe after every nuance . Don’t even care what the food or tea is, go there for it (though the sourdough is real and their their tea tastes like London). Swear they must be friends handing down the jobs over the years bc they just about all do it going on six years now though some faces change. They’re better healers than anybody at a church, go there a weekend morning

No matter how many people are working at this location service is always slow. Everyone is just standing around on their cell phones and paying no attention to the customers. I now drive an extra few miles to go the other one down by Leader Heights.

I visit this Dunkin semi regularly in the morning. They are always friendly, and my drinks are always better than any other Dunkin. Even when the drive through line is super long they keep it moving quickly!
