Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered an XL coffee. Drank half of it, then got towards the bottom and got a big mouthful of coffee grounds. Had to spit it out in the sink. This is what you get for $3.56 of your hard earned money. A mouthful of coffee grounds. It’s completely unacceptable! Zero Stars Would Be More Appropriate!!

I went to pick up a mobile order when I didn’t realize the first order I cancelled they still charged me for it and still made it and well it would be nice if they updated the app to tell you what they were out of. Also the worker who helped me just seemed annoyed and I didn’t feel very happy with the service I received she didn’t seem like she wanted to help that I was just a pain to her. I don’t think I’m going to go here for a while until Dunkin workers don’t seem upset to be there.

Seemed like they were out of everything we tried to order. We’d order 1 particular donut& they wouldn’t have it,so we’d pick another one that they were out of. Finally we were able to get an order in. My donut wasn’t right, but I ate it anyways. They were stale/ old,that was disappointing. Not sure if I’ll take my kids there again. I’d probably give it another shot.

They do not make the coffee here correctly. I will not order coffee or any kind of beverage here just because it’s never made right. The only reason I patronize this location is because of my toddlers. They love the chocolate frosted donuts However, I think their donuts are always stale. Like they have been sitting for days. They are very dry and never taste fresh. If I bought donuts this morning, by the time the evening comes, they are like rocks.

I’ve lived in the area for a few years now, so this was my go-to Dunkin when I would go. I’ve gone a few times over the past few weeks and there always seemed to be an issue with my order. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient because they are SO busy in the mornings. But when I order something specific and it’s missing or not there, it’s not my fault if you have to take a minute to put whipped cream on my drink when it’s clearly on the label. Most of the staff are nice and friendly, but I don’t appreciate the slight attitude when my order isn’t made right. Another recent issue seems to be burning my bagel when I ask for it to be toasted light. The issues only seem to be over the last month or so, so I hope they can work it out so the labels and order tickets are clearly understood.

#1. I LOVE Dunkin. I travel for work and Dunkin is basically my lifeline for caffeine. This is the ONLY location the repeatedly screws up my mobile order by making the coffee disgustingly undrinkable, forgets items, and always seem to have a bad attitude. I can understand an incident here or there. This is the 3rd instance in a row at this particular location. Come on Dunkin.
