Store was clean and food was tasty. They do not take cash at all and no human to take your order. Didn’t really like that. I saw a customer walk out due to being from another county and didn’t understand how to operate the computer to order. Safe area and we walked here from our Bluegreen hotel!

I’d give zero stars if I was able. Staff is terrible. They constantly give drinks wrong or made wrong. If you ask for them to remake it they give you the same cup back. I watched the girlfriend my drink and she didn’t fix it just added whip cream when my drink was made wrong. They’re rude and the owner doesn’t do a thing about it! I also worked there which is terrible. Left the first week I was there cause the manager can’t understand my schedule is from a certain day to certain days. LOL tell me how you get called 2 days later when u are suppose to be supposedly working those two days u missed. Does that make sense??? Nobody ever stays and if they do they take advantage of them. Terrible establishment

If I could give less than one star, I would. Check your bags before you leave the parking lot to make sure they provide you with the correct food! I have gone now, several times, and every time they have completely butchered the order. For example, today I ordered two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on a croissant. I opened up my bag upon leaving the parking lot to find two plain croissants in my bag…with nothing else on it. My thought is, if you’re going to run a business, do it right. If you can’t handle it, then don’t do it.

Ordered a Carmel craze latte Tasted like milk and coffee no Carmel or sugar. Went back in to ask for more caramel and the lady dumped a bunch of sugar in. Because it’s iced it wouldn’t mix and was pooled at the bottom so I went back in because I originally asked for caramel not a bunch of sugar. She was nice and offered to remake it. When I got it back it was the original coffee I had handed her from before just with more whipped cream and caramel. The coffee ended up tasting like straight sugar because everytime I went in they jus kept adding sugar and I jus had to leave and throw it away. Very disappointing to have to go in so many times just to have the coffee taste so terrible you have to throw it away.

Ordering is kiosk only. Tried to ask a question but could not get a worker to even look over when I tried to get help. Coffee drink was terrible, hash browns were cold, croissants were burnt and received everything bagel bites rather than plain.

We stopped at the DD in Campbelltown, Pa. We were hungry, needed to use the bathroom, looking forward to sitting down inside. We were extremely disappointed with DD. No indoor seating, no bathrooms. What’s becoming of Dunkin?
