Just stopped with my sister to get a coffee around 12:00pm on 8/20/23. Coffee is great and exactly what I ordered. Here’s the downside of this visit and why I’m writing this review…I pulled into the drive thru with my window cracked and saw a man outside with the back door open and I heard the crew complaining that 2 cars were pulling up. There were only 2 in front of us so it wasn’t busy by any means. I then pulled around to the window where a lady handed me my drink and didn’t say a single thing to me or my sister (in the car behind me). No greeting or answer when I said thanks or have a nice day. She just ignored me and turned her back and walked away. I usually give tips but the crew made us feel very unwanted there. Always have problems when I come to this location that I can usually look past but the attitude today was unacceptable. I work in the food industry so I know some days can be hard but you can’t treat costumers the way they just did. If you don’t like having to serve your costumers for the 5 seconds we are there then you should consider a career change and not work with the public. I will not be back..

Wanted an extra dark bagel with cream cheese. They gave me extra cream cheese instead of extra toasting. This location is notorious for not getting even simple orders correct. Beware and check everything before you leave. I wouldn’t bother doordashing either, my experiences have never been pleasant.

Every time I go to this Dunkin they mess up my order or are out of simple things like, wait for it, donuts! They’ll be out of donuts, bagels, or croissants at 9:00 am and will not make more. The staff does not take even the simplest of orders correctly, even if they do have the item you’re ordering.

truly the worst dunkin i’ve been to. always ten minutes in the drive thru 1 or 10 cars. pulled up with a mobile order. waited ten minutes only to be told at the window they didn’t have what i ordered. always great. would recommend drinking a warm water bottle in your car instead of going here.

Updating my review. I have no idea what people’s thinking is. I love this place. Love getting donuts here but who in the he’ll puts chocolate frostd donuts upside in a bag so the frosting is all over the bag and not on the donut. I’m not paying a 1$ for a plain donut. Frosted donuts should be in a box. I swear some of these must not like working here. I also ordered a cream donut and he forgot to add it to the order so we went back around, ordered it off my mobile App. Good lord, not good experience this time around. Most times this place is good to go to. Service can be slow but it depends on who is working will determine what kind of service you get

Was excited by initial experiences here but I have to edit the review as service and atmosphere have deteriorated over time. It seems there isn’t enough allotment of staff for work that is needed. Often donuts are stale tasting and there’s a general feeling that staff has to rush and aren’t able to give customer attention beyond ‘here’s your item’.

The staff here are very friendly. I love the Avacado & Roasted Tomato Toast. I get it 2-3 days a week. However, it’s not toast…it’s bread. I repeatedly ask for it “extra toasty” or dark and I get bread. One time I saw where the person taking my order marked “dark” on the ticket and I actually got toast. Why is this such a difficult concept. It is Avacado TOAST not Avacado bread. I hope that management looks at these reviews and provides the proper instructions to their staff on the difference between bread and toast and then when someone requests dark toast it actually gets communicated to the person making the order.
