Got cold hash browns and when I came back through to request new ones (hot ones) I got an attitude from the person on drive thru. Then the employee at the window asked me to give the old hashbrowns back, after she takes them she gives me another bag, I drive away and they are also cold and mushy! It really felt like they were trying to embarrass me for asking for properly cooked food, ridiculous.

Stopped in at 6 pm. Store was slow and 5 employees talking and laughing( not a big deal good to have fun at work) ordered and went to sit down. Every table was dirty. Asked if someone could clean a table and they did but just the one we were standing at. After we finished I went to ask who was in charge and a red head (sorry did not get her name) said she was. I said in slow times they might want to clean and sanitize the tables. She said the store policy isn’t to clean the tables until they close the dining room. I reiterated that I have worked in food service my whole life and I know between customers they should clean tables and she told me again that it is not store policy to clean until the dining room is closed. That is so disgusting. How many sick people, kids, or people with poor hygiene use those tables on a daily basis to not be cleaned from open to close. Something needs to be done ASAP

Coffee menu screen was so dim I couldn’t read it at all. The glazed donuts looked almost completely unglazed. Got donuts at gaint eagle and coffee at Starbucks. ‍♂️

Me and my wife came to Dunkin donuts and had a bit of a mess up with payments based on cash app and bills being taken out at odd moments. Thankfully they allowed us to find a way to pay and one employee even offered to help. As a sign of respect and for a huge shout out. I told them that I will give them a good review and a big thank you. For all my friends and fans reading this, I know you guys always max out areas and give huge support .Good lookin Dunkin.Much Love. We ordered a 50 PC munchkin and a wake up roll with a grilled cheese sandwich.

Dunkin is very fun to go to with friends and family, staff try their best, sometimes they forget something in an order or make something wrong, but they are still doing a very good job!

I go to a lot of Dunkin Donutses (Dunkin Doni?) and I always get the hash browns because they’re the perfect little treat for me when I’ve been a good boy or need a little pick me up. They’re usually hit or miss though. Often very undercooked and soggy and stick to the bag. Not at the Dunkin on Scalp Avenue. Every time I come here, they’re perfect. Just look at that crispy tot.

The staff was so friendly and professional! My hot coffee was really great and just what I needed. I had to go inside and ask for a few extra creamers and I was greated by a smiling face that gave me 4 extra creamers! My coffee was then perfect. I recommend them to everyone.
