Kind staff for sure, but everytime I order, they get something of my order completely wrong. Even when I repeat a detail multiple times and it’s repeated back to me, it’s as if I never said it. The staff is very nice though and I appreciate that. However, they MUST learn how to pay more attention. Speed isn’t as important as accuracy.

Extremely rude service waited 10 minutes in drive thru when only 1 car was there then proceeded to wait longer for the woman to take our order placed my drink order and had to repeat it 3 times. Not only that but had an attitude and went to order and sandwich and she cut us off and said okay pull up to the window … we weren’t done ordering had an attitude when we pulled up to the window and was very rude when she had to scam my rewards and sighed at us and could hear her complaint when she walked away . Not only that but practically threw my drink through the car window while “handing” it to me told her to have a good day and got no response as well …

I believe it’s the morning shift manager, she is pretty rude to deliver drivers, her emplyees and customers especially when an order is wrong and she argues that the order is correct. Her customer service skills and professionalism is lacking however the other employees and the night shift crew are very pleasant people and I love dealing with them.

After an abundance of visits im considering not going anymore. Its 2/10 times the coffee taste like it’s made correctly. The coffee never has any flavor and it taste burnt almost every time. (I usually get a latte) Other then the cons the line is usually quick and the staff is usually friendly.

Getting a bit tired of always having to actually toast my bagels when I get back home. I also never get told when my transaction in the drive thru is complete, no “thank you” or “have a nice day”, they just hand the food over and walk away. I worked in a coffee/donut shop with a drive thru before, I know what it is like, and the customer service here is really lacking. I’m not sure if the workers need better training or just a better attitude, because I personally didn’t need trained to tell someone “thank you, have a nice day” when the transaction was complete.

Only giving 2 stars because of one o the girls working there named kiley I believe, literally the nicest worker there she Listens to what you want and gives you exactly what you ask for. Everyone else I’ve dealt with on the other hand is just sad. They’re mostly older and they’re so ignorant. I went in the other day and kiley got me exactly what I asked for and was super nice. Went in today and it was older women and they were so snobby and rude and unprofessional and didn’t make my drink correctly and when I asked for them to fix it they said nothing was wrong with it and practically made me take my incorrect drink. Pathetic.

I wanted to surprise my husband this morning with donuts and a box of Joe I was feeling happy and excited well that all changed when a manager named Isabel took my order a MANAGER I repeat!!! it was not welcome to Dunkin Donuts how may I help you or what can I get you today nope it was “what do you want” really that’s how you as a MANAGER speaks to a customer!!! totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! today was the first time I ever stopped here and today will be the LAST time I stop here and if anyone asks me I WILL NOT recommended this location!!!!

The staff is rude. I have on 4 different occasions been handed large lattes in broken cups that leaked all over my car cupholder andy clothes. I have had to return home to change clothes before work 1 time which caused me to be late. Most recently I have been handed a glass of milk and vanilla flavor swirl when I ordered large latte with a double shot of espresso. Not hard to look at a glass and dee there is not a drop off espresso in it and dint get me started on how many times I paid for cold foam and got none.
