The Murtland Ave. Dunkin Donuts is one of my favorite coffee shops to visit. The staff is friendly and consistent in preparing delicious drinks and treats. Today was exceptional…Crystal waited on me and was so nice in helping me figure out what iced coffee drink to order (wanted a Mocha, not too sweet, and a stronger coffee flavor). She suggested an iced Mocha Macchiato, then customized it to my particular taste…and it was delicious…the best I’d ever had! They work hard and do a great job! Thank you, Crystal! I will be sure to come back soon!

I go here for the Couple of employees that make the experience so much better. Always helpful and understanding. I mostly get frozen coffee and am very weird about textures, this dunkin makes uses the right settings and almost always gets it right !

8/11/23 worse coffee I ever had the employees need to learn how to clean coffee maker and change the filters the coffee made me sick and gave me a headache defftantly not worth 3 dollars I went down to BFS and got fresh coffee and it only cost me a dollar

I have been to this location many times and I am always happy about the level of service they provide. Drinks are made properly into order, and even though they may be very busy the staff is attentive and happy to help you. The general manager is always quick to offer a coupon or to help out with a crying child. I appreciate how easy they make my visits.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and what I asked for. They had to brew a new pot of decaf coffee for my 1/2 decaf drink. A lot of other coffee places just tell you “we are out of decaf” but they just asked me to pull to the side (I used the drive through) and brought it out to me when it was ready. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
