Just consistently bad. Wrong order everytime. One worker at least trying to complete orders while the others stand around on their phones. I get it, it’s a minimum wage job but don’t be surprised when other customers get upset with staff. It is what it is. The kids need some direction from franchisee or GM.

Inconsistent at best. Staff is nice and friendly it they are often apologetic. We try to hit this place often and they frequently don’t have donuts or it’s a very limited supply of them. I was there today and they were good to go and then two weeks ago on a Sunday at 10 am they had 2 options and limited inventory of that option.

I very, VERY rarely give low reviews, but I’m just really over this Dunkin. Save your time and go to the South Park Road or 88 one. Today, we ordered drinks and food to walk in and pick up. We get there and the door is locked?? We’ve been sitting in this drive-thru line for well over 20 minutes and still aren’t close to the window. Update- My iced coffee doesn’t even have any ice left in it, the food was pretty cold, and they tried to charge us again even though we paid on the app.

My go-to Dunkin. My order is always ready on time. My only complaint is that there’s not a shelf inside for mobile order pickups like other Dunkins. The orders are always behind the counter and you just have to stare at them from afar trying to get a worker’s attention. The other day, one of the workers said “You know you can just grab your food. You don’t have to wait.” but like come on dude, I’m not going to reach over the counter. Oh and the parking lot is pretty rough if it’s busy. So two complaints I guess.

Today’s trip was not as expedient as usual. Looked to be 6 or 7 workers inside; however, the upon arrival at the drive through had to wait an additional 5 minutes for the donuts to be packaged and the 2 Ice teas poured. There were two other orders setting at the window. Just a bit confused.
