I ordered the sweet pepper bacon croissant sandwich and it came with half a piece of bacon on it. I usually get this sandwich and it has 4 half pieces. I tried to order a the new avocado one and tried to make a substitution and the girl was so rude I said nevermind I’ll get the pepper bacon croissant. I don’t know if this is just something to sabbatage the order or what but it’s really aggrevating and not what I expect when I come here.

I stopped in to buy some Dunkin’ cups and was waiting in line behind a girl who wanted a wrap but couldn’t think of what she wanted. The line started getting longer. The girl was looking online on her phone trying to figure out what she wanted. The cashier looked uncomfortable because she knew there were people waiting but never said asked the gir to step to the side and look at the menu while she waited on the other customers and never said a word to thoes of us waiting. It got to the point where me and everyone else in line got tired of waiting and everyone in line left. I was next in line but I was the last to leave and the girl still didn’t know what she wanted. I had around 50 dollars in cups that I was going to buy but I wasn’t going to be treated like that. Your store is right by my house but I won’t be back. My wife and I drink Dunkin coffee all the time but we’ll go to someone else’s store from now on

The older lady here with the short white hair is SO RUDE. If you hate your job that much, then don’t work! I’ve had bad experiences with other staff here as well. They never get your food right and are INCREDIBLY rude about it. I stopped coming a few years ago and haven’t returned. I have called to complain before about the staff here, by the look of the reviews…doesn’t look like anything has changed. I’ve given all of my service to the Dunkin in Pleasant Hills off of Clairton Blvd. Such a shame.

First of all the, it took 10mins to get waited on after being in drive-thru line for 20mins ,next the cashier gave me the wrong doughnut , then , the food I ordered was not done they were still cold and I got sick off of them I will eat there again, service is horrible and so is food , some of doughnuts ok , my co-workers coffee was messed up and his doughnuts were stale no more of my money

Ok I got two sausage egg and cheese on bagels and they serve fake eggs and the bagel was hard as a rock! This place dirtier then the mon river it smells like Darrel dixions arm pits from the walking dead! The employees are meaner then a Republican at abortion clinic. This place gives me the creeps my egg sandwich was colder then a corpse in the morge. This place is ran backwards like Kriss cross pants. The management is so unprofessional like a triple A baseball team that sucks! I will never return here again please don’t waste your money here you will be disappointed.
