I add 10 minutes onto my work commute just so I can stop at this dunkin in particular, despite the fact that I have multiple ones I can stop at on my direct route. The employees at this location are so friendly and remember their customers. I am not in as much now that I work from home most days, but they all still remember me and my coffee order and are super nice! If it’s slow, they will have my coffee started for me pretty much the second I walk in the door or shortly after. When it’s busy, I’m still in and out within 5 minutes on most occasions. I’m usually in around 7am. The morning crew is phenomenal!

I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered an iced frozen coffee with mocha online. Go into the store, didn’t see my order so I go to the register. I was completely ignored by two employees, one of which was drinking at the register while talking to the other and then finally someone else assisted me. Get my drink and it was HORRIBLE. It was more chocolate syrup than coffee. Disgusting I couldn’t even finish it. I’d rather spend my kidney at Starbucks than come back here.

Got a mocha drink and it was good. They made it really fast and got me on my way. Nice clean bathroom too. I will come back because my friend comes here all the time and order is a huge version of what I got. Some crazy mocha drink. He comes here everyday for them so they must be pretty good. This is my first time trying it so I’ll let you know when once I finish it whether it was good or not. But I’m pretty sure it’s good because he comes here every day and I don’t really know what else to say. So okay. Bye

I watched a gentleman named Jack, working at this location, take care of a customer today that was having a really hard day. She had no idea what to the menu, and was asking a LOT of questions. Jack took so much time to make sure that he not only got to the bottom of what she was really requesting, but he asked questions about what she liked, what she didn’t The whole experience and provided amazing customer service.

We have always had an amazing experience at this Dunkin. Today was especially fantastic given the point that I had just made an online order and showed up with a sign on the door saying they were low on employees and closing because of the snow. There was an employee outside who then let me in and the team happily fulfilled the order even though they worked a 10 hour shift in the storm. I was completely ready to patiently cancel the order and they went above and beyond.

Stopped in an order and iced tea and a Pittsburgh donut and a few donut holes and my daughter got some sort of fancy coffee drink. The Pittsburgh donut is supposed to have cream filling in it. But there was no filling at all not even a hole where the cream would have been put in. The donut holes seemed like some of them were from yesterday and maybe some from today some were stale and some were fresh. With my daughters fancy coffee drink she ordered it with some kind of caramel drizzle on the top and something else sprinkled on it there was no caramel drizzle nor was the other stuff sprinkled on. Looking behind the counter I saw the sandwich station it didn’t seem very clean. In my opinion the entire store needs a good cleaning. This is not one of the Dunkin’s that I usually stop at, and I will not stop at this location again.
