i am a frequent customer of this location and there has only been one employee that has decent customer service skills. the rest are all very dismissive and don’t bother with the customers. i do online orders most of the time and over half of the time i order something they don’t have at least one thing i ordered. they are always out of something.

Around 7:15am on Sept. 30th there were 3 customers in the store waiting for some to take their orders. One gentleman (a truck driver who obviously cant go to the drive through) said he’d been waiting close to 15 minutes. Employees saw them waiting and still didn’t acknowledge them. Finally another customer walked up and rang the bell multiple times and a rude employee came over and immediately became unprofessional and got an attitude with the gentleman (who didn’t ring the bell). She took his order and handed him his drink with coffee running down the outside of the cup. He asked her if she could wipe it off and she refused. If the inside counter customers aren’t going to be waited on with the same speed and courtesy as the drive through customers, then why on earth would you even be open for inside guests?! This isn’t the first time I’ve been in there and experienced customers being ignored for 10+ minutes. It does no good to call the store and ask to speak with a manager because they’ll just hang up on you. FYI, call speedway to get their phone number because the one listed is Horseheads and it’s not in service.
