Wow 10 minutes before they even take your order in the drive thru with only 1 person in front of me they took 10 minutes to take that cars order and another 10 minutes before coming to the speaker to even acknowledge me then another 20 minutes waiting for a coffee . This is insane. The hornell location is always slow and rude . Food was cold ,toast was hard and chewy like it got cooked hrs ago and drink was wrong 2x .

Took us 30 minutes to get our food and drinks when there were only 2 other people. Then it filled up and people were getting their food who ordered after us. Food was cold by the time we got it. The employees were asking everyone what they were missing. Finish an order before starting the next. Very horrible service. The employee running the drive through needs a raise. Looked like the only hard worker there. The cashier couldn’t get our order right because he couldn’t find the right items, we settle for what he could find. Best yet the order was wrong.

What an absolute disaster this place is. 30min for two cold brews that were luke warm and a frozen egg wrap. All while all the employees ran around non stop complaining. One was yelling orders at the pick up counter for customers 2ft from her. One employee just up and left.

Worst experience ever!! Did a mobile order, waited in line fore 20 minutes waiting to get with 1 vehicle in front of me. Watch 6 people just stand around and looked dazed and confused. Even got the vehicle in front of us order wrong. By the time we left there were no joke 9 cars behind us. The drinks are melted! We will never be back! That is a promise. There is no Exaggeration here.

Decided to give dunkin another try this morning, BIG MISTAKE ordered my breakfast and coffee sat in front of the LOUD order speaker for 20 minutes before I had to leave or be late for work! What’s the point of a drive through when you can’t even get someone from the order window to the pickup window in 2p minutes! Will NOT be returning. I’d rather get mediocre coffee at McDonald’s than waste my time like that….

Worst Dunkin’ EVER! Placed a mobile drive thru order for an iced coffee, 1 thing of bagel minis, and a 10 count of munchkins. I waited at the window for 20 minutes! And repeatedly told the cashier working the window I was waiting on an assorted 10 count of munchkins. While I was waiting he never once changed the gloves he was wearing and kept making people’s food. Disgusting.

Ordered 2 drinks, a breakfast sandwich and some hash browns in the drive thru. Waited at the window 3 minutes to pay. Got one drink. Wait another 3 minutes for the food. Wait another 3 minutes and get given a bag containing more hash browns. Get asked what drink we are waiting for. They have like 20 drinks sitting there but not the one on our receipt.
