When I approached the counter the dude running the cash register never acknowledged me, like I was invisible. He never greeted me, and only really spoke to tell me that they were out of croissants. I substituted them with bagels, but he didn’t even ask what type I’d like. I ordered a half dozen donuts, which he assumed I wanted a random mix since he handed me a box from off to the side. I informed him that I’d like to pick my own and the eye roll that followed was like I was asking the guy to bake fresh donuts for me. Which I should have asked for since the 6 donuts I got were likely from the day before. At least my drink was correct. The guy who made it was asking for help, he said that he hadn’t made one before. The fella at the register basically told him “good luck” and went on his way. I’m going to cut my losses with this store and try the one on the other side of town. It is a little out of the way for me, but maybe their staff has a least a shred of public relations training and won’t make a customer feel like an inconvenience. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but 6 stale donuts and two bland sandwiches with one decent drink served by someone who clearly dislikes working with the public isn’t worth $23.

Hadn’t been there in years. Decided to try a new coolants drink I’d seen on Facebook. Well, fist of all I WAS next in line, but a lady comes in off the street & her drink was made. Some strawberry razzle dazzle thing she saw on probably tik tok. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting to be served. Or at least spoken to! Another lady waiting in line behind me as well. Finally, the girl behind the counter asks another coworker to take my order. I show him what I want. I get, “oh, we don’t make that here”. So I order a blue raspberry coolatta. What I got was a vanilla one! My husband ordered a french vanilla iced coffee. I won’t be back to that facility! Almost $10 for two drinks I could have made at home! In fact, I happened to have blue raspberry syrup in my fridge & added it myself since it was too much trouble at Dunkin!!

Extremely disappointed ☹️. When we got to the register it took 10 min for someone to acknowledge us. My daughter and I ordered 2 decaf iced coffees and the guy told us they didn’t have decaf iced coffee at the moment. My husband ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and he said they sausage tasted like plato. My youngest daughter wanted a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles but they didn’t have it. My son actually was the only one who didn’t have an issue getting what he ordered. Since they didn’t have decaf iced coffee I got a hot coffee. Several people that came in after us where getting there food and drinks before us. We waited 30 mins to get everything we ordered and I got my small coffee last. The lady that worked there said they were really behind on drink orders and she was trying to catch up. We will not be going back there. It was $35 wasted

Was in line for 30 plus minutes with not very many cars. They Just wasn’t coming to the window. no sorry or explanation as to what the hold up was. Then got the order wrong anyways. We just took the items and left without complaining. Did not want to hold line up any longer. Have been told that location is like that a lot.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese on plain bagel with has browns. They had no hash browns(weird but it happens) and instead I received ice cold sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. I also want to add I was the ONLY person in line. So they were certainly not overwhelmed.

My husband was there today to place an order the gentleman doing the drive thru was very rude then to top it off my husband asked for military discount this same gentleman never added it when he clearly said he would i was on the phone and heard everything, best part after all that they messed the order up

Bruhhhh this is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The service is embarrassingly terrible. We got food and coffee through the drive thru and we were waiting in the line for so long that the food was cold by the time we got it. All our coffees and lattes were somehow made incorrectly. All the workers have no sense of priority and have a negative attitude and treat customers with disrespect. They greet customers with an abundance of sass when they are made aware of their own mistakes.
