This USED to be my favorite Dunkin but after Maddie and her manager left this place is TERRIBLE no one knows what they’re doing and u need a blow horn for them to hear you in the drive thru. Doesn’t seem to be very well run. One employee was walking in and out, muttering to himself, pacing in front of the store on his phone, and smoking right out front. The prices on the board don’t match what you’re actually charged and the manger doesn’t really care. At least our order was accurate.

If I could give 0 stars I would! On numerous accounts I’ve gotten iced coffee with SPOILED CREAM AND MOLD! They never answer the phone and never take responsibility. They’re making customers sick and don’t care. Absolutely disgusting place!

Very slow service in the morning, and have been given wrong orders in the drive thru. Staff seems more preoccupied with talking/joking around than providing quick customer service. Probably one of the worst DD locations i have experienced, and being generous with a two star rating.

The ladies and gentlemen were very friendly with a great sense of humor. The lady that was making my food seemed to be grumpy who could use a good laugh. The drink was fantastic! I visit this store everyday of the week, today I sat in line for 25 minutes. Just to get all the wrong coffee’s when I get home. No espresso, coffee tastes burnt. No manager working, and the people who were working are struggling. Dunkin get it together or refund my money $13.00.

Order ahead orders are NEVER ready when arriving to pick them up, then you still wait at least another 5 minutes before receiving the order. What’s the point of ordering ahead when you end up waiting just as long as everyone else. My order is ALWAYS wrong at this location and tastes terrible, like stale, bitter coffee. This is the worst location in Rochester. So bad it makes me never want to return to any Dunkin ever again. Sad.
