Used to be the best DD around. Has taken quite the dive over the past two weeks. Wait times are 4-5 times what they were just a few weeks back. Seems like they suddenly lost several employees. Also seems like certain locals get preferential treatment all of a sudden….edit…much improved cover the last few weeks!

The Manager left that held the place together. The Manager they brought in to replace her is struggling to say the least. They had 2 strong employees who I have not seen in weeks. I send my order in 10 minutes before I get there and it is never ready. It is usually another 10 minute wait. The place is falling apart.

This has to be the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Every single time my order is always wrong. Either the food is made completely wrong, they forget an item, or my coffee is not correct after I say 10 times what I want. I didn’t mind the first few times because I understand training new staff takes time. But now it’s just pathetic. The staff is rude, miserable, and obviously doesn’t care.

Absolutely horrible service. The girl at the window was miserable, not an ounce of personality. One of our items was missing from our bag. Hubby went inside to get our item and no employee was to be seen. Also, our hot coffee was cold. Sooo disappointing!!
