A supervisor needs to tell the people who are making the bagels and the sandwiches to wear gloves I Witnesses many times since I’m right around the corner they do not wear gloves when they are preparing the bagels spreading the cream cheese the wraps if I don’t see any changes when I go I’m calling the health Department. The best thing about it is a guy in the Drive-Thru he’s so nice and sweet he makes sure he’s got the order correct he’s the best thing

Never had a good experience here. Not sure why I returned today. Hardly a line of cars, but waited way too long. While I was at the window (waiting for anyone to even come over) there was an employee complaining about a girl who just gave the wrong order to a customer and he had to redo the whole order, etc. Got back to my office and the breakfast sandwich was so burned it was inedible.

Usually very fast service depending on who is working. 99% Of the time very friendly and polite one girl is a little rude but if I get what I ordered I’m happy! The workers were really rude they didn’t tell me my orders total they rudely told me to drive up I sat at the window while they were about 8 worker in there they were all talking and laughing they gave me my food and forgot my drink so I stay at the window think maybe they were making it after about 5 minutes a nice young lady came to the window and asked what was I waiting for I told her my drinking they began making them , than while she open the window to hand me my drinks they very rude young lady who took my order with the head set a darker skin color with glasses and curly hair made and nasty comment saying don’t be nice when the young Kay lady told me to have a good day . That is very rude and unacceptable
