I used the app to order ahead at the drive thru. They forgot part of my order, but I didn’t realize until I had driven off. The franchisee at the Tonawanda store, Anton, didn’t know how to process my refund except by making it my problem to come back to the store. I’m not willing to waste my gas or time over a refund that can be processed by credit card. Avoid this specific Dunkin franchise

A disgruntled Customer

I’m nowhere near disgruntled. New staff is much, much nicer and much, much better at making things. Two very, very kind Muslim women had excellent customer service and were a pleasure to interact with. My only complaint is that I haven’t seen the worker Sean there in a while. He was great, too! Probably the only great person I can recall from before. Anyways, things are looking up for the place.

Staff is always friendly and restaurant is very clean, bright, and we’ll maintained. I use the phone app to order ahead and my orders have been ready everytime while still fresh, so I know it wasn’t sitting there. They actually pay attention to the pickup time.
