The worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. You need at least 30 minutes of your life just to order at the drive thru. When it’s finally your turn to order they attempt to discourage you from ordering by saying “were really busy, do you still want to wait?”

I got a medium iced coffee with pumpkin swirl cream liquid sugar and my coffee was so burnt it had a orangeish tint and it had a very strong disgusting taste to it. Normally their coffee isn’t bad but this was disappointing and it has happened a couple times where I’ve received burnt or old coffee and you can definitely tell! I went around 4pm.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Even if you’re the only car at the drive thru, takes minimum 10 minutes to place your order. Going inside is no better. Just shut it down if you can’t even offer the bare minimum of service.

3 customers stood In front of me and we all asked which end of the counter to purchase our orders at as there is no sign saying front counter is closed as we all asked we were ignored then when we were finally told we were at the wrong end the young lady who was supposed to ring us out acted like we were bothering her They made another customers coffee wrong and then made this poor woman wait for 20 mins while they did all our orders Horrible customer service rude associates they care more about how big of a tip people leave and that’s what they talk about always dirty no matter the location especially vestal ave and main st in Binghamton

Wish I could leave a zero star too leave a comment just was at drive thru sat near 15 minutes no cars in front of me I ended up leaving by far one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I had gone one other time and was told threw the speaker not too order food due too them being busy like who does that apparently they need help or need to figure it out I use to work at Dunkin for many years not once did I ever say that or leave a customer sitting in drive thru like this and I worked at 1 of the busiest stores and at Christmas time myself and 1 crew person definitely will not be returning to this store again and I will be sure to tell everyone

This location is without a doubt the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’d say more than 75% of the time I come here, there’s some sort of issue. Super long drive through waits (like 10 minutes for 2-3 cars?), credit card machines down, headsets broken, filthy dining room, to go orders not ready after 15+ minutes… It’s not really the staff’s issue, they are trying but they seem to always be short staffed or have broken equipment. The management needs to overhaul this place. More staff, better practices. I’m a Dunkin lover but this location actually infuriates me. The Southside deserves better.
