If you pay for service then you should get said service, not a attitude when you ask for whipped cream, jeeze! I’ll never go back to that store. I recommend the DD by Mitchell St. Best frozen hot chocolate in the state. And you don’t have to stop your car and go back in and ask for anything.

I use to LOVE this one but today me and my husband got a hot chocolate an vanilla spice chi an a sandwich he took his lid off his chi to cool and there was this fly floating on top. I couldn’t eat it drink my food without thinking there was a fly in it. They handled it well but for a fly to be in a drink that shows unsanitary environment for us. I just want a refund and go on my way but be prepared check your food anywhere you go ppl I don’t think im eating out for awhile just saying

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged, while someone was literally doing something at the counter and looked at us several times, they had another couple inside already seated. someone finally said I’ll be right with you, 10 minutes later, took our order and my iced coffee was gross. Inside and outside was filthy, at the entrance was a used AED patch. I wanted to leave but my fiance thought it was rude to leave.. how is this place open? Oh and the same one who took our order had gloves on and picked something up off the floor then reached in and grabbed donuts.

Slowest Dunkin drive thru given the lack of customers. 4 cars in the parking lot and 3 in the drive thru, still moved like molasses. When we finally got to the window the cashier said nothing, no hello, no ‘your total is x.xx,’ not even a have a great day.

Poor customer service and long lines. When I arrived the line was out to the street so I decided to go inside to order. When I got in I waited in line behind 5 or so people. When I got the front of the line the person behind the register disappeared for over ten minutes. During that time other employee were laughing and joking behind the counter. Management needs to be replaced and the employees need to be retrained.
