I usually don’t like to go out of my way to write bad reviews, but I’m fed up with dealing with the dumb, careless mistakes at dunkin. I don’t know if they’re underpaying their employees or not but the employees just don’t seem to care enough about listening. The drive thru lines are ridiculously long, it’s like they serve one person at a time. The past two times now I’ve specifically asked for light butter or lightly toasted bagel, and almost the opposite is given to me. It’ll be darkly toasted with CREAM CHEESE. I know it sounds ridiculous to be bothered by this, but paying for food while having stomach issues and receiving the completely wrong order multiple times is annoying. it’s not that hard to just listen to an order and follow through, it wasn’t like I was asking for an extravagant order.

Had never been in this location before today. Was with a friend who dad to drop something off to an employee there. I know a small bit of the history and I’m so excited to see what the new management brings to the table.

The line is generally ridiculously long in the mornings, which sucks. Service could be faster, but my coffee is typically made consistently. The majority of the workers are great besides one older, and one younger gentleman, who work the window, that demonstrates they’d rather be doing anything else than that. Mary is amazing!

Stopped in for a couple of iced coffees on 9/6/22 at around 11 am. It was prior to the parade that was about to start on Main Street. There were two workers inside, whom I need to take my hat off to. They were dealing with a line of customers out to the door, along with drive through orders that were non-stop; not to mention mobile orders! Apparently they had 3 workers call in , but they were both courteous, efficient, and soo apologetic to each and every customer waited on there in my presence. I wish i could have remembered their names; hoping by the date and time provided, this can be determined, so that this company can see what valuable staff members they have in these two individuals. Great example of great service that did not go unnoticed!

Super busy, had several workers but only one on register. She wasn’t able to fix problem with gift card purchase so she got the manager, Lance. He was a delight *sarcasm* Huffed and puffed and literally pushed the girl out of the way. I felt bad for the young cashier. He wasn’t very professional and appeared that he was miserable.

The two ladies working today were very sweet and attentive. They had their hands full and it took a few minutes to get my drink, (There were only 2 working afterall) but I got it and it was delicious!!! Their customer service is splendid, such nice people! My boyfriend and I always enjoy stopping in 🙂
