This place used to be my favorite Dunkin. Used to be fast and always accurate. Last couple months has been awful. Like someone else mentioned you sit at the speaker for 10 minutes while they do the two cars in front of you instead of just taking your order. Either way you have to take the order and make the food, so why let someone sit there and let the line grow dangerously out into the road.

This location used to be really great, but idk if they lost some people and they’re feeling swamped or what but the last few weeks the line is super slow. They’re only taking 2 orders at a time in the drive thru so there’s a huge gap between the 2 people at the window, and the third person waiting at a silent menu. Then the orders themselves take a long time to get filled. I was just in line for 25 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. 2 stars though because despite that, they do still usually get my order right and the staff is friendly enough.
