Every time I come to the parking lot out back to sit for lunch, there’s at least one employee smoking a cigarette with the door wide open, smoke pouring in the restaurant. Today marks the fifth time I’ve seen this in less than 2 months. Also today we’re a total of 4 employees all smoking, door wide open, and go figure I walk in after I saw them go in just to see, and not one person of course washes there hands. Juat starts serving.

Went to homer Dunkin this morning got what I always order a strawberry dragon fruit refresher. Less ice extra flavoring. Went through drive thru. Didn’t give enough flavoring went back inside the person was extremely rude. Usually they would give me a small cup half filled with flavoring so I could do it myself refused and took my cup out of my hand and did it her self and it still didn’t have enough flavoring.

North Chili, NY store has this one cashier in drive through who is so awesome. I really wish I would have asked for her name. She’s so patient, attentive and professional. I had a busy car load too.

Filthy. We’ve stopped here twice on our way to Binghamton. The bathrooms are disgusting. Today it was out of toilet paper and instead of giving me some they told me that the guy was coming to clean them soon. Couldn’t even hand me a napkin so my kid could use the bathroom. No, I couldn’t get my own napkin, those were out too. Don’t waste your time at this place, go across the street to Byrne Dairy.

Went there ordered a muffin chocolate chip an a dozen donut holes . An a cub of coffee had to wait for the coffee because they some how lost it of didn’t make it one of the two . So stood there for about 5 minutes till a lady who was nice ask me what I was waiting for. So I told her the coffee I had ordered an final got it so that’s good rite rite . No that’s not the end yet so I got all the way home an there’s a bunch of coffee grounds in my coffee so that’s a one star for the effort witch wasn’t good. I hate drinking a coffee an my coffee to have the grounds mixed in a flunk they failed .

Honestly I used to love this dunkin. Then an older taller lady started messing with my drinks. Some of them are amazing but some like her are rude and shouldn’t be in customer service.

Terrible we dropped good money, they didn’t put any whipped cream on three of our drinks and charged extra for it. My hot chocolate was watered down and gross. When we got there the lady was rude

Quick and friendly the coffee is as good as any other Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and the staff is great w special requests. Service is prompt and orders are always correct. Bonus points for the store always being neat as well.
