We were greeted by 2 very nice ladies. They were busy but still acknowledged us. They were friendly and when it was our turn, they devoted their attention to us. Great customer service and the donuts were very fresh for being after dinner on a Saturday.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chain restaurant. The staff was clearly overwhelmed, my partner placed a order for me to pick up, and I waited over an hour for the order to be ready, a bagel and hash browns were my order. I received cold stale hash browns, which I returned, the bagel was hardly toasted, and far too much cream cheese.

I decided that Dunkin would be a good spot to chat business. My business associate and I were greeted by a friendly employee. There were only two that I could see, and they were both a little rushed. We grabbed our coffee and realized that there are limited seating areas. The noise level is a bit distracting too. This location is ok if you’re driving through, but not recommended if you’re having a meeting.

My wife stopped to get me an iced coffee today. She asked for a large decaf iced coffee, extra cream, 7 splenda (because im DIABETIC), 3 shots of mocha, whip and drizzle. I get…a large decaf iced coffee, check, 4 cream, wrong, 4 SUGAR, WRONG, 3 mocha, check, 3 caramel, WRONG!!. If the girl had stopped talking and listened they might have got it right, but I doubt it because they rarely ever get my drinks right. My wife dropped this off to me because she had to get back to work so now I sit here with an iced coffee I cant drink. So not only did they get my drink wrong they wasted my wifes time and gas. Thanks so much Dunkin.

So went today today 12/11/22 at 1:15pm ordered 2 large 7 and 7s spent almost 7 dollars on 2 coffee’s one was made correctly the other tasted like bath water with no sugar. My wife went inside and asked for a new coffee she was met with a attitude and heard a staff say its not her problem she didn’t make it. Very unprofessional to a paying customer

I’ve been a long time consumer of DD, about 80% of the time my coffee orders are correct, I’ve never complained until now! I did a on the go order for walk in because I needed to use the restroom, both doors are locked an when I asked for a key after ordering my coffee I was told its company policy that no one can use the restrooms there during certain hours, I dont appreciate having to go to wendys next door to use a restroom when I’m not buying anything at there location! And I spend tons of $$ at DD locations daily!

The girls were so sweet! Especially Sam. I brought my dog to pick up my mobile order and asked for a pup cup. When I got to the window it was actually $1 and I didn’t bring my wallet and I didn’t have cash. I told them it was okay, she would get one next time! Sam was so kind and paid for it, thank you so much! She’s definitely a happy girl now!
