Came here with my family on thanksgiving. Whoever is manager needs to set their priorities. On a holiday there was only one employee, taking orders, making drinks, doing walk in orders, making food, and keeping up on donut case. The employee wasn’t the problem what so ever however no manager should EVER allow there to be ONE employee on shift for a holiday. He did amazing there was a lot of pressure and a line through the door. You aren’t making any more money because half of us felt bad even ordering more than a drink or two. Anyway not only is it a security issue having only one person in the building it’s literally taught in DDU training that at least two people should be on shift at all times. he was STRESSED and still managed to mask it for customer service prioritization. Someone give him a raise a promotion. He deserves better than whatever he’s getting right now. This is why this location has such a high employee turnaround. Just sad. Treat your hard workers with more respect.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to they’re constantly out of all the basic stuff that most Dunkins are supposed to have on the regular and they always mess up your order and by mess up I mean they don’t give you some of the food you ordered and you don’t realize until you drove away. And then on top of that they’ll even be rude about it! This has now happened to me multiple times!! Hands down the worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone to these employees need to find employment elsewhere.

Even the simple food was messed up. Bagel barley had any butter on it and was dry. But the employees are the worst I have experienced at a Dunkin. I sat inside with my son. They were lazy. Barely wanted to take anyone’s order. But they complained about customers, especially someone who did curb side pickup. They said that people can get out of their cars, that COVID isn’t a thing, that people just sit in there cars expecting them to deliver their food. That COVID is excuse for laziness. The employees attitude made this experience a negative. I was giving this location a try again after a bad experience with food in the past. But now I will not be back to this location again because there was no improvement.

Consistently old, stale and bitter coffee. This was their 3rd strike. I drink coffee black, and it’s absolutely horrid if you dont add sugar and creamer to mask the flavor. It’s not an issue with the coffee itself, nor is it an issue with Dunkin. I’ve had completely acceptable coffee from other Dunkins. It’s specific to this location.
