Walked in dude was mopping the floor and walked to the counter to help me. He took my money and the made my coffee with the same gloves that he had on from mopping! What is wrong with people. He probably prepared that mop bucket and everything with those gloves and then he’s making coffees with them on!! Probably food too. Also didn’t like that he took the mixing spoon out of a cup of water that was next to the coffee machine didn’t wipe it off or nothing and just slammed it down in the coffee cup and started stirring it just cross-contaminating with the water that’s in that cup sitting out in the open!!! I’ve heard horror stories but I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The people i have delt with are friendly, the place is clean and the hot chocolate is amazing. Got a watery one once and they apologized and fixed it.

My favorite place Dunkin but gas station is very nice large selections of snacks soda etc and everything but nasty manager he doesn’t know this job. I told him tell your boss he has to open entrance of station and he said that it’s not my job I don’t care. I wanna spend $1000 for diesel I just spend $300 only because of this nasty manager.

I stopped around 4 pm for a ice coffee. I hand the lady at the window the cash for the coffee. After she takes the money and puts it in the draw says I’m sorry we have no change there is a shortage. I then say why didn’t you tell me before I paid I would have used my card or paid exact. She said we are very busy and there is a shortage everywhere. She was nasty and rude. As I’m telling her to tell ppl before they pay she walks away and begins to take another order behind me. This was at the window. I then call over another woman bc I can see that the first woman was mad/upset at this point . I said please tell her I’m not being rude but if I paid exact you then would have Change your draw. It’s not the customers problem you have no change. I was shocked at the rudeness.

First time going there on a Wednesday at 230. Was told I couldn’t order a ham and cheese roll up because they were cleaning. Second day going there on a Friday at 430 was told they didn’t have any donuts. Definitely a horrible impression for a brand new store. Should retrain your staff and at least explain to them what their job entails.
