Extremely disappointed with this store… half the time I order from them, including this morning, they can’t follow a simple order from the app submitted. Normally I would chalk it up to an error on the computer’s part, but you can clearly see on the receipt attached to the bag that we wanted sausage on our sandwiches, and was given bacon. This is not a one time thing. We order here two to three times a week and half the time the order is wrong like this. We willl be taking our business to another Dunkin’. Do better.

Coffee was terrible! I asked for caramel and got plain brew with zero sweetener. They had no bread of any kind, sausage wraps,hasbrowns,just eggs and donuts. How do you have breakfast at this store? This is the 3rd time and last time I go to this location. I was hoping bad day the other 2 times but this last trip was just as bad! Avoid this store! They are always out of Everything!

After getting home, we had to make coffee and add DD real cream and sugar from grocer to all the ice we got in drive through. We noticed the icy circus drinks blocks away and not going back spending time and fuel in that traffic. At the menu intercom, no one told us 1) our pastries we paid for were not available, 2) nor was the flavor topping and 3) that the one of two drinks paid full price for would have topping substituted without asking us first by the female there. The male who said to come to the pick up space was smiling sneakily when they revealed what they had AFTER we arrived to get our orders. The stale muffins were awful. Only one drink was the “free” National Cold Brew” offer. We have lost respect for this location.

Every week for the past 5 weeks they are always telling me they are out of stock for all refreshers and rockstar energy drinks at 9 am but in the afternoon if I come they sell it to me. It’s rather this store needs to restock on a lot more of there drinks or they don’t feel like making the drinks in the morning other than that the workers don’t give me any problem

They didn’t have anything I originally wanted . She asked me to go around to the parking lot like that’s a simple task considering their location and she had a poor attitude like she did not want to be working. Poor customer service and poor attitude

This place is busy! Heavy traffic flow. Surprised how they only have a couple of workers at a time. But these workers work hard! Regina is very friendly and warming. A major asset to this Dunkin Donuts. More places need a Regina working there! Very friendly and the place is very clean!
